I wanted to make a comment about the magic of this night at the Songwriters
circle.

It was a iittle bit like writing a song. First, with no expectation, then a
little trepidation and finally out of nowhere, something is beautifully made
into music.

i was honoured to share the stage with my dear friend and producer Kevin
Bents, The amazing John Schmitt, Joey Auch (your top song "Talking to myself was
even better than when I first heard it at the contest 2 years ago), Josh
Mcmillan (loved that last song)! , the lovely Rickie Trudeau singing her butt
off on her new co-write, and my amazing daughter Ariana Zizzo.

There was so much energy up on that stage. you could just feel it. And
honestly, no egos. Just everyone enjoying everyone else's music. THe audience
was really present too.

As usual, it takes a village to book these shows and run the Circle and I
want to say thanks to Julie Henry, Caroline Barnard, The eyes of Robbie, Shai
and Billy for their tireless work, Reg on sound and kenny for always providing
a home for us.

After and evening like this, it's worth all the effort, the growing pains
through these years to continue to support great, original music
