The Young Songwriter award is an additional award launched in 2007 dedicated to supporting one great young songwriter (under 18) launch their music career and showcase their craft as well as a $1000 Cash prize. All submissions from members who are under 18 at the time of submission are automatically considered for this award in addition to our general awards and prizes.

Members who are under 18 years old on the date of submission automatically qualify for this additional award. No action necessary on your side.
